Ethereal Denver Photography Studio Rental Terms & Conditions

 

​​​1. Rental Period and Payments

 

- Studio rentals are charged on an hourly basis, with a minimum of one hour required per booking. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure the studio for the reserved time.  
- Clients must vacate the premises by the end of their booked time. Any overages will be charged at the hourly rate.

- If you'd like to extend your time, please reach out to see if that can be accommodated.

The studio is rented hourly by other creators, so it's important we are respectful of each others booked time.

2. Studio Use

- The studio space is to be used solely for photography and videography purposes. No activities that could damage the studio or equipment are allowed.
- No rooftop access is permitted at any time for safety and liability reasons.

- No loud music. The studio is located in a commercial building and its important we don't disturb their place of business. 
 

3. Prohibited Materials

- No glitter, self tanner, body oil, paint, confetti, smoke machines, powder, or any other materials that could result in excessive cleanup or damage are allowed within the studio space.  

Most of the furniture is white, and we'd love to keep it this way. Self tanner gets all over the place, please discuss with your client about this before your session.
- Clients will be responsible for any damage caused to the property or equipment, and an additional cleaning fee may be charged if the space is left in an unsatisfactory condition.

 

4. Set-Up and Clean-Up

- Clients are responsible for their own setup and clean-up time within the rental period. All personal and rented equipment must be removed, and the studio must be returned to its original condition.  
- A cleaning fee may apply if the studio is left in a disorderly state or if unauthorized materials (such as glitter or paint) are used.

5. Liability

- Ethereal Denver is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs during the studio rental period.  
- The renter assumes full responsibility for any damage to the studio or equipment caused by themselves, their team, or their clients during the rental period.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling  

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental time for a studio credit.
- Rescheduling is allowed one time per booking and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

- All sales are final and bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE ​

7. Alcohol, Smoking, and Pets  

- No alcohol or illegal substances are allowed on the premises.  
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio.  
- Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by Ethereal Denver.

8. Studio Equipment and Furnishings

- Studio equipment and furnishings provided by Ethereal Denver must be handled with care. Any damage to the equipment will be the responsibility of the renter, and repair or replacement costs will be charged.

9. Security and Supervision

- Clients must ensure that the studio door remains closed and locked while in use. The client is responsible for securing the space and ensuring the safety of their team and equipment during their rental period.

 

10. Agreement to Terms

By booking and using the studio, the client agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in termination of the rental agreement and/or additional charges.
